With a cheeta cam, double springs and billet flywheel will the stock starter be ok?

Single or vanny twin? On a sinngle yes you can use a stock starter. Just use the one with the plastic gear. Also use big battery cables. You will need to get the engine past compression stroke before starting each time. Most vannies come with the HD starter.

Most of the vannies come with the heavy duty starter. If it is then it should have the solenoid mounted to the starter. If it don't the tooth count would still be the same which the flywheel was actually designed for.

With that particular cam I'd say in the ballpark of 7500 Rpm.

Ya thats what im hoping for, mike at precision cams told me that he always uses the stock valves as well and that the cheeta cam is built to run stock valves,so im hoping i get at least 7000 minimum,do u know what the hp might be with that?

I wouldn't have a clue on the HP. You could always get it put on a dyno. That's will tell you exact specs and where engine runs best.

Cheetah cam will go way over 10,000 rpms if you want it to. Stock valves are ok if you start with brand new ones and replace every season or more often. Depends on how many races you run. I have shredded a couple of engines by dropping the heads off of the valves. Stock starter will work for a while, but keep extra starter gears in your pit box. Tends to shred them pretty quickly. Been there, done that. Recommend billet rods if you are going to run it alot. Might live for a few races with stock rods.

You don't have to be anywhere near 10,000 rpms to be competitive. At ultra high rpms your engine will be apart being repaired more than it runs.

Enough talking about your build, when is going to be done?  We already started racing.  Let's see this thing in action.
