Briggs OHV & Vanguard / 31 briggs w/video

got this 31 briggs and i am having a problem with the motor. Concern is that the motor will stall when full throttle is applied unless you increase rpm very slowly. I adjusted the carb several times from lean to rich finding a good mixture that seems to change nothing. Got a New Head gasket,Carb.

got a b&s 31cubic inch carb that needs to be cleaned and i dont know were the jets are the motor will start when i put gas through the intake of the carb

Chassis / motor to ground height

working on a mower that is 2" off the ground and the crankshaft end is 1 3/4 away from the ground should i higher it or should it be fine i need to run a karting clutch on it since its a fxxt.

28CI briggs 13.5 has the nikki carb on it and it floods its self continuously. The float is not sticking but it will flood the whole carb and the cylinder with fuel. only thing done to it is cut off safety device tip under the bowl the anti back fire.

Got a 96 s10 that's got a multiple miss fire does not miss in 1st but goes no were in all other gears owner said all replaced spark plugs, fuel pump, injectors, air filter , and a fuel filter I believe it's a coil because it misses with loads on motor. I would appreciAte any input on it I will be testing the coil tomorrow.

Anybody know the height of a old craftsman lt1000 try to find out if I can put it in a suv to make some national races it's a stock height rite now but will not be for long.I have no babies mowers for reference. Thank you

Briggs OHV & Vanguard / valve guides

Been looking at these intek heads and seems the valve guides are killing the flow and it looks like theres enough meat for me to remove the valve guide in the port side smooth for flow. Just wanting to know what you all think about that or if someone has done it.
