Briggs OHV & Vanguard / do vang. head fit intek?

i read that all the vanguard heads are interchangable, buy will intek heads go on a vanguard motor? how about the intek 2 barl. intake and carb?

does anybody know if ARC sells a long rod set-up for 20hp 46.ci. motor?
