Man I wish I would have looked at this before.I have alot of family in and around Lebanon.Ask my dad and everyone there is related lol.If you ever need a place to camp or anything like that down that way I might be able to help you out,My dad has abt 40acrs and the niangwa river runs through it, good little river for a float trip or whatever.there is also a few trails.he is 30 min from Lebanon and lives off the road that heads to the middle of town.I might even could have got you a group discount for the hotle in Lebanon,My Grandmothers sister ouns one on the edge of town. And I almost went down there last weak.well I lost out.

Id say take what works, the paint trick and work from there mabe a little adjustment, there are no two engines the same.and by the time a person would change things on there engine it would change flow.I myself would want to upgrade and try other carbs and stuff like that before I had my exhaust set in stone.kinda like what compretion do you have and what are you going to have? what carb changes are you going to have? That will change burn and flow. tork or rpm mabie a little of both.I wouldnt take anyones word for anything.Im kinda like George I like to check stuff out myself and lern from it.Thats the best part to me.adjustable exhaust would just be that and an experament a tool to lern.I dont know everything but I do watch out for those who do.

Interesting post.I used to mess with two stroke engines { I know not 4 cycle} but it had to do with flow we would andjust the tuned pipe abt 8th inch at a time one way for rpm the other way for tork, depending on what you had the engine setup for.It made a big diferance,Hit the sweet spot.I know two strokes need that mabie more the a 4 stroke. But it would be interesting to set one of these up with a sleved pipe with abt 1 inch to 1 1/4 with pipe clamps were you can move it back and forth abt 3 inches on the track to where you like it then take it home and weld it up.Im shure every engine and setup would be a little diferant.
