Was at the drag strip yesterday was helping on the engine for Paul Noakes alcohol  funny car,he just won the NHRA national event in Reading Pa. a couple of weeks ago, it does not have the power of a nitro engine but it has about 5000 horsepower.The same as a nitro car the engine is taken apart every run but unlike a nitro car you get to use most of the parts again,nitro cars turn most parts to junk,the clutch is rebuilt after every run too.He was not racing but was there as part of the show
