I was wondering what a budget fxs tire  and rim set up would be . I was thinking about a 6x8 1/2 rim of the rear and a 6x7 in front with a 13x6.50 x6 turf master tire.or something like that all the way around.would this work

I'm looking for a safe way to mount my seat . I'm getting the tsc padded pan seat .my old seat had one bolt that held it on .this is a older craftsman mower I'm needing some ideas  .should I just bolt it to the fenders .

Briggs Flathead / Intake and after market air filter for oppy

Ok I have a two piece aluminum intake. Would it be better then my cast iron intake the two piece looks like it has bigger runners. My oppy will be going on a super stock mower next question. I seen a filter set up on here that have a big square filter said it was what he used on his intek it was a k&n filter . Im looking for a way to run a aftermarket air filter with out drilling my carb to vent it. any pics or help with this will be greatly appreciated

I'm going to make my own steering rod that goes to from my steering shaft to the front axle.and some rod s for my master cylinder. I ordered  9/16 0.328 aluminum tubing from mcmaster carr . Do I have to drill and this tubing or can I just tap it . And if I do have to drill it what size bit do I need and does someone have a part number for a mcmaster carr tap that I need. I no that I have to get a right and left handed tap

I'm not for sure were to post this at. But can I use a clutch master cylinder off a car and use it as a brake master cylinder on my mower
