Check out Equus. They're available from Jegs. They have a pick-up that just wraps the plug wire like a Mycrhon and they have a recall and a shift light you can set as the "lift" light. Sells for $125.00 and is really cool looking.

I'm using 40 split rear sprockets. The 40 front sprockets I had machined a little bit thinner, they were a little snug in the chain. You can easily grind em a little bit too. It's not that I ever broke a 40 chain, it's that they stretch and kink, making them not roll free, robbing power. The 420 chain is by far superior to the 40!

That's ALL I'll run! DID ERT420 gold on gold links. Costs about 45-50 dollars, but runs a lot more free, and lasts a long time! I've also done one whole season on mine and it's still great shape!! 40 chain is JUNK!

Are you looking at the magnet or the counter weight? That's the hub I'm using on my 33. It's the same crank as the 31 AVS, just different bore size. I have my timing turned all the way negative, and it's a big bad mamba jamba! Turn yours back, start it, then go race it. It'll be great. That's the right hub

I've ran an AVS all year 6-6500 all race long, all year long, and it was a used one I got from Tim Toleson, that ran it the year before. Still twisting my neck off the turns!!

I'm still running the snot out of your old 33 Tim!! I also have a 33 with the crank in it like your talking about. I don't have it completely done yet. Needs the head still. I had Don do it for me with the same cam as your 33. If I can get ahold of Ryan to do some heads for me, it'll be a fast one too.

Don't hate the avs. Get the crank done, you'll be pleased. I, and many others, run the avs and its as good as the non avs, as long as the balancer is gone.

The reason for the wheel in rules is for safety, no blunt points to the body incase of an accident, and for the appearance of a mower. In my opinion mike, and all the others using it are very creative to find a way to fit the rules, and also fit what works for them. I've seen these in action and I think it's very impressive! I've never tried it, but I'd jump at the chance to!! Even if it didn't work for me, I would not slam or cut on the guys that have it. It's safe, and it looks original, and it works for them. Thumbs up guys!

It will be on the valve cover. The first 2 numbers on the model number will be the cubic inches of the motor. For example if the 2 numbers are 40, it's a 40 cubic inch. Then you look for parts for a 40ci motor. Hope that helps.

When you say 22, are you talking a 22 horse motor? Just want to make sure we are on the same page. I'm not familiar with those at all but most of our stuff comes from EC distributing. Also ARC, or BMI karting.
