I am in complete agreement with everyone, you have done some amazing work here!

I have a question about your drive line setup: As i can see it, you're running a cent' clutch from the engine to the first sprocket on the jack shaft, then another chain setup from the other end of the jack shaft to the rear axle correct? This gives you that "double geared" setup that gives you both acceleration and speed.

quote by money89tractors:
"2' to 4" = 2:1"

Wow, that would actually be 6:1, but I think you would have alot of fun trying to fit that 2 foot diameter pulley on your crankshaft.  Better put some guards or maybe "deck halves" on either side of that pulley!  :D ;)

lol :P just giving an example...kinda messed up, but it made the point

I would assume (yes i know where that gets me) he is wonder about a ratio chart on pulleys, such as:

4" to 4" = 1:1 ratio
2' to 4" = 2:1

and so on.

If you know what size your cylinder bore is, you can see what Wiseco piston will match your bore.

that block can be fixed easy :D as long as the crank bearings and crank bearing housings are still good.

Flathead puller has done it. With the being a pressurized oiling system (guessing from the oil filter) im not sure theres a whole lot you have to do other than make sure the sump is getting oil. Flathead will know better.

I can see why he wants to lock one wheel. Say in IMOW, your turning only left all the time, if you set the transaxle up where only the right side tire pulls all the time, and the left time just free spins, it can help you get around the left turn faster.

On the bottom of the float bowl, is there am adjustment screw? some have it, some dont. If there is, adjust it with the engine running until it smooths out.
