Ok what came stock on the v twins ( steel, cast, aluminum)
 and whats there out there after market for these!?
Any Aluminum(certified billet)

 Midwest Super Cub  (http://www.midwestsupercub.net/command.pdf)has a billet flywheel for the Kohlers

Midwest has both flyweels for the singles and twins ,I run both singles and a twin.He is devoloping a rod and a piston as we speak for the cv overhead singles.It will be out soon.

The flywheels are not sfi certified but they are high quality components that are definately proven.

Do they come with magnet installed or do ya use your old one?!

They don't come with the magnet or the ring gear.  You can use the stock magnet or they sell a billet version.

Send your magnet and ring gear to them and they will install and balance it for you.

Tom, are you looking for a complete engine or something to use for parts development?

I think I may have been bitten by the outlaw bug.  Considering building one.
