I myself and Tyler Cromwell of Cromwell Racing Engines have been lucky enough to get with Owner/Operator Zack Kerber of ZKB machine in McClelland,Iowa , and get our hands on alot of these billet goodies to do some R&D on my NEW 2013 FXT / Supermod Twin. Driveline / Gear Ratio Question ???

I'm runnin a GX390 ........ i'm runnin from the clutch to the axle . What is a good all around gear ratio to end up with ..... i'm want to turn my motor 7200 to 7500 with a 6" rear tire.

Here is my mower after i took it all apart and had it powdercoated ........... it will take a bit more abuse than a coat of paint will  :lol:

I've recently added a set of Black Douglas Q wheels and a new set of tires.

I was just wonderin what the "IDEA" EGT is for an engine ??? I've got a digitron tach with the feature , but i have'nt hooked it up
yet ........... but i'm gonna do so but don't know where to start  :confused: I know that is one of the most effective tuning tools you
can have ........... yet it can also be VERY distructive if you'r not careful. I've been doin some readin , and from what i gathered it should be arond 1300 to 1500 Deg ???

I've been messin with a Intek the past couple of day's ................. it's kinda sluggish off the corners but pull's HARD on the big end. I got to lookin at the ARC flywheel ............. and it is RETARDED all the way ??? ............. But Advancing the timing makes it even more sluggish ................. WHY is this and what should the timing be at ??????????????

Tires / Need help mounting tires !!!!

I'm tryin to mount a set of 13x6.5x6 on a set of 6x7.25 rims and i've got the tires on the rim but i'm havin trouble getting the sidewalls out far enough to seat the bead .............. any pointers   :confused:

Chassis / Steering Wheel Angle

Can i change the angle of my steering wheel , so it is not so flat on the steering console ? In other words can i tilt it back torwards me more , but leave it in the factory location as far as the hole in the console.

Chassis / B/P Ground Clearance Rule ?

I'm building a  B/P and I have read over the 2009 rules and could not find any statement about ride height , or minimum ground clearance. I know it used to be 4" inches , does this still apply or is it open to the builder ?

In the first race in March in Talladega , there was something said somewhere i think about letting us run a kart tire for speed reasons. I

was just wondering if we where goin to be able to do so . If so what is the minimum size or is there one ?
