here,s a link to new track
here,s info from Facebook web page
after looking into all options, Norm, Chris and I have decided that it is no longer feasible to race at the Ithaca track. The rising costs of insurance and track rent per event can no longer be met by our average income from pit passes.

The good news is we are not planning to shut down, but are going to relocate to a new location, at Mid-Michigan Raceway Park (Between Palo and Hubbardston, South of Carson City). A good friend of Norm's owns this car racetrack and is putting in a track just for our mowers, very similar to the Ithaca track but slightly longer. With his collection of track grooming equipment and 20+ years experience grooming dirt tracks we can expect to have an excellent track each night!

The racing will now be held on Sat nights, in front of the grandstands and under the lights! We have managed to keep racing costs to a reasonable $5 tractor registration and $10 pit pass each race night. As always we will continue to keep track of season points, continue to run the same basic rules(and classes), and run for fun and trophies.

We hope to have a schedule ready soon, with a test and tune happening around the first week of May. Any questions can be answered by myself or Christopher Ryan via facebook, or can be answered by Norm at 989 981 6001.

Briggs OHV & Vanguard / Re: running a double barrel carb on a ohv single

I think Ron was trying to answer the ??? about would it be rich or not
and willenglish was saying make sure that your valve train is upgraded for higher rpm,s
would make sure the engine is built enough and right to handle the extra cfm
bigger carb aint always good, unless the rest of engine is set up for it
Would call Rocket Ron and ask him his what he thinks and what the engine set up should be!
one note about Rocket Rons Engines they always RUN strong
