Do they make a billet crankshaft for a 38ci vanguard or a stroker kit or can you make one a stroker motor if so what does it consist of I?m kinda new to engine building

I have a set of rocket rons long rods and je pistons for a 38 all brand new makes real good power. If you ask around I think you will find people will agree. Not sure about cranks.....most were using stock ones to my knowledge.
