Any tricks to getting them in? Got a 33 AVS from a buddy and I'm putting in my brothers G/P. He had drove the old one out and I dressed it up on a lathe and tried to reinstall it with no luck before destroying it. I put it in the freezer for a few days and it helped some but still failed, tips or tricks? Put it in from the inside or outside?
Thanks, Tom

Tom, I would sand the outside and bevel one end, then put a bolt through the bushing and the block and use the bolt to pull the bushing in. You can always sand it so it goes i easier and use some 609 locktite to retain it.

Yea I was thinking about turning it down and using loctite retaining compound to hold it in
