I am building my '07 Jeep Wrangle and ordered over $9000.00 worth of axles. after waiting 2 months to get them and another 2 months until I could start putting them in. Then I had to.call the companyy about an axle nut. Long story short. Was informed that my $600+ ball joints were bad. They had a bad batch of ball joints go out. Well ok sending me new ones.and they are paying to have installed so I.don't have to install them myself.  30 min. later the maker of my axle.shafts calls. Yep they had a bad batch of axle shafts go out.  Both companys are making it good but.come on $9 Grand and they comefrom a bad batch?  I won't say who they are but they are one of the best in the World. What happened to QA departments?  Needless to say I am very disappointed in both companies. Go for the best and you get a bad batch!  AAARRRRGGGHHH!
and everything is already under the Jeep. so back under to take it all out again. :-(

If a guy wanta to start out racing slow, say the stock class. Then as he learns the ropes and wants to move up a class. What is a good tractor to start on and that could be modified as I  (I Mean a guy) improved on the learning curve?  (I tried search but nothing came up)    Rupe

My favorite thing to do is 4 wheel my Jeep. We live in the High Desert of Oregon and can start wheelin' as soon as I hit the end of our.driveway. My wife and I love exploring the old desert roads and trails.
I also love to handgun hunt and I love to weld and fab. stuff!

Hello I go by Rupe it's a nic name I've had forever. I'm 57 married, retired, and I'm new to this lawn mower racing thing. I have  98 Craftsman 24 hp V twin Kohler, Hydo. tranny.
I raced Motocross for years until Doc. said no more. So I am looking into other motorsports and this looks like an awesome sport and the cost is way lower then MX racing.
Very cool site!
