well is there any way to maybe work with it because it will run but very rich would changing spark plug gap or mag gap make any kind of change or some way to reduce the amount of fuel it will take in.

i drilled them .030 from stock i was told to do so for easier starts what i did not know was the stock size would had to be added so i now know i went way over but i still need to fix this so is there any way i can make this right besides solder?(and besides not a new carb)

with George, you will not be able to do that with that carb, there is no access to  get them out to solder them.

well i am going to have to do it with them inside the carb then solder then

It might.  But I wouldn't risk it.

Do it right.  Sodder it up and re drill.

is there any type of soder to use or can i just use standard electronic lead soder?

If you are tuning the low speed then you are adjusting the idle mixture. If you haven't gone too drastic you may be able to restore the responsiveness on the low side by leaning out the mixture screws. Once you are past the initial idle takeoff you are into your main jets which is where the emulsion tubes are pulling from.

The low speed jets are not the emulsion tubes. The low speed jets are tubes with a threaded end screwed into the bowl. The emulsion tubes are large tubes pressed into the carb body feeding directly from the main jets on either side of the drain plug in the bowl.
