on the westmorelnd fair grounds site to register for the race it states must be 18 or older is this true? or does it say that just for the open single and twin classes?

okay thanks if you find them agian let me know and right now i have an mtd rally mower that i have a briggs twin vangaurd 18 hp on i am working on my direct steering and front axle i will post build picks when i get a chance

im fairly new to the sport and have started to build a drag mower and was wondering if there were any race locations in PA at all? also have a few questions on my build is lengthening of frame a good idea (im a fairly good fabricator and welder) and was wondering if it was good or bad to do this thought id ask someone with more experience at this sport
