Call precision cams for the cam if you have a cast cam they can use it for a core or you will have to buy a core if it's the powered metal one .They made the 40s both ways and some 40s have 1/2 inch journal and some have 5/8s..

Also if your kill switch has four post on you can just run two wires from each coil and you don't need diodes I had diodes fail a couple times so I hooked mine up to my 4 post kill switch and haven't had any problems

A lot of guys just use valves from a single cylinder Briggs ohv any good machine shop should be able to match up seats for it.

I'd always had better luck with four keys it's a lot harder to shift but never had a failure running 4 keys .

Thanks George .would billet heads add any more power I personally don't know anyone that runs a billet head on a honda I saw somewhere that someone was making a 4 valve head.

Most local machine shops can put valves in and cut them I have mine cut .125 now, but I'm planning on taking a other .050 or .75 off now starting to have to push the limits with these engines anymore to run up front .before you port I would do some welding to get the runners built up ,or else you might port throught the head .
