Any experienced TVM220 builders out there willing to have a few questions bounced off them?

Thank you,

In 2012 with the US AP Class being opened up to allow the 10.5 hp OHV's I've had to strongly consider the motor direction I should go with while building this chassis.  Putting all money aside as far as what an individual is willing to put into his motors.  If you only have one motor, no matter how good it's potential and the chances are very slim of ever having 2-3 backup cylinder/flange assemblies, as a wise racer should. Then spending $2000+ in custom, engine specific parts and labor doesn't seem wise for any man’s wallet these days.  This "may" be better off in the hands of someone who's currently running one and needs another backup!!!  Anyone's thoughts here?

I'd say your probably right. They run good no doubt but I have heard they can have their share of problems but what can not. I would say though with the direction the class is going in, dollar for dollar your best bet would be a small ohv
