She isn't finished. Been working on it since 6am motor is off and exhaust is done that is something that requires total disasembly to remove now. Motor has to sit down on it. But the things we do for fun.

Jake is in love he likes how it gets sideways. He would make a hail of a sprint car driver he loves the sideways stuff. Says he likes slick tracks it an advantage for him... LOL

Yes it is Tim. If you need a closer picture let me know. Itsis finished now except nerf bars and little stuff. We put several laps on her today no belt slipping now. We ran a tank and half of fuel thru it with no issues well rolled a belt finally but we got it very hot yesterday with it slipping. But all in all no issues at all. Went to take some pictures but batteries were dead.

Ok new pictures since our test runs last weekend. Here is the business end what the driver see's.

Here is another view of it

Here is the dash I made and what it looks like with everything in place

Thanks to Carroll/EC for the nerf bars. Had some left over from chassis he had built years ago and said get me some. SO I installed this one tonight. Will Get the other one tomorrow night mounted on.

Here is the hood with a few stickers on it. Still have to have the EC Stickers for the sides of it made. Thanks Larry and Jeannie for the new Design.

The front end looking down on it. Mounted the number plate on the bumper and now has the lense in it. I think it looks really good. But thats just me.

The next two pictures shows the exhaust and how/where it exits the body. Thought it would create a foot/heat issue but doesn't.

Here is the view from right front side of the extension/jack shaft of the ragb. Solid 3/4 shaft which was actually a 3/4 axle out of a transaxle. We cut it down and added another keyway

Here is the belt setup you cannot see the engine pully. I will get a better picture in the day light. But due to lack of room I used a sinlge pulley clutch. I had a EC clutch plate that one side was stripped so I whacked it off and made this clutch. It is also operated by a cable not a linkage rod. No room for a rod.

Here is the spring going otu towards the rear. Showing how I put tension on it.

Here the back side of the chassis as you can see it shows the rod with nuts so I can adjust belt tension easily.

Yes single pulley clutch. Its working so far. Belt tension is more critical with a single pulley. Been many a year since I tried this setup. I was so limited on space is why I tried it. Plus I didn't want it to pull the belt off the engine pulley. Its a TSC 4" and I am using a 7 which came on the ragb. Its a true 1/2 belt pully belt is flush with outer edge. The engine pulley rolls out at 3.4" even though its sold as a 4 but being an A/B pulley and a 1/2 inch belt it sits deeper.

Stock MTD fenders, Well not stock I have widened them. BUt they come on the smaller older walk thru chassis. Which is what this mower started life as.
