Well I have the fenders cut for the seat. It isn't high quality work, but I ain't no metal worker.

A view from the rear you can see the section I added in 4" wider than stock now.

Here is the right side gonna be lots of work making it look like it was done that way But its coming along. Have to cut bend form and weld then smooth it all in an effort to blend all the pieces into one.

Well as you can see the motor is backwards. Front end is on and steering is working. Got to get the column up and over the motor now.

The next two pictures shows how the axle and steering is setup. Yes I like front steer plus the exhaust is gonna wrap around the rear of the motor.

Here is what will be facing me. Will be different thats for sure....Still a long way to go.

I have realized I will not have room for a mechanical belt clutch. SO I have a EC billet clutch and can't use it and need a Star centrifugal clutch. SO now I gotta come up with the funds for a centrifugal clutch. Still planning on using a 700. Least wise thats the game plan for now.

George, I run a Star clutch to a 400 peerless on my F/X and NEVER had any problems. I like it if we race a smaller track, I just change gears. Most the others are changing their rear gears on the axle. (PAIN IN THE BUTT)

How much room do you have between crankshaft and 700 input shaft? Only reason I ask is, You know I run a relatively small chassis which I utilize RAGB with a mechanical clutch. If you could switch to a RAGB,then you can down size on your front pulley which should allow you enough room to run your mechanical clutch.

Ty a RAGB would do the trick BUT I don't have one either I have two actually but even between the two I don't have enough for one good one.

Well, looks like we will be finding out if a 700 will hold up to a clutch with a twin. I know the canadians do it but everyone here has always said it would NOT hold up. Good, finally a moment of truth. Thanks George.

a 700 with what type of clutch. we run a foot clutch and dont have to many problems as long as you have the steel gears in the tranny.

I'm just stock pileing right now.  It look better in person then pic's wish everyone could have seen it. Now we can see what he pulls out of his sleeve next time he works on it.
