rims tires

whats the widdest back rim size u can go and tire on the back, and can you use front brakes on a 6 wide rim or does it have to be 6.5, thanks!

Pretty sure theres no regulation as to how wide your tires are except that that have to be a "mower type tire" aka commercially available for lawn mowers. So you may have a tough time finding a  20" wide tire that was commercially available, but, who knows maybe they are!
