Mid west supercub has finished building a flywheel for me,It weighs 8lbs without starter ring.This is for single cyl overhead valves.It has adjustable timing grooves to move your timing up .There is a picture on midwestsupercub site on the opening page.CV and CH motors.Call and order yours today.The cost is 325.00 .THE ONLY WAY TO RACE IS WITH KOHLER POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks MOW FAST.

I wonder how far off it is from teh K-series ones.. I would like one of those billet ones with fins..

You might have some trouble finding someone to make you one with fins. I think it was about 15 years ago there were a few individuals who had the fins spin off at high speed, since then none of the usual parts builders for these engines would make one with fins.

I dont know about the k motors ,that was the problem I had with cv motors nobody built a mower billit with fins.I had to talk julian at midwest to develope one for me.I am hoping that they are other racers that will buy one also.I like kohlers for the cubic inch.

The kohler that ran with us had know problem running with the briggs. It was the Tecumseh they ALL had a problem running with. :woo:

If you want cubes the Courage OHV single starts out at around 37.  I know of one well over 40 inches that hasn't been tested on the track yet.  The head design is sweet too!

looking foward to running down that #20 when we come back to tenn  for the big race .I am going to lose weight or get more horse power.Oh kohler is having to pull a lot of weight around that track.Maybe the flywheel will help.

i seen one on the site that says 10lbs is that the same wheel you guys are talking about. Im trying start build a f/x and was goign build a honda gx390 but iv seen some kohlers and was looking for info also what the cv and the other model all i know is like command

Yep can't wait till the race again either. I will also have a more engine  and don't really know where I could lose weight but maybe I'll find some  somewhere. Boy it sure was good racing with all ya'll. You actually beat me in the mod-x class. :doh: :D

marliemark go to google type in midwest super cub ,the site will pop up click on it and scroll down and the pic will be the first thing that will appear.8lb without ring.
