spicer transaxle
« on: December 07, 2008, 10:19:10 pm »
I have a sears craftsman tractor with a dana/spicer 6 speed transaxle. I know it wont hold up under pulling conditions. Fabrication is not a problem but any recommendations other than a cub rear and 3 speed? Most rules require it to be of a garden type so pretty limited I guess. No 700 and a live axle I guess. Anyway anyone make a 5 on 4.5 hub for a 3/4" axle. What would be the best peerless set-up to use? where can I get a used one? What about a peerless 800 or 820 series transaxle.
