the rules say full sizemower whit a 39'' wheelbase my mower is 45 1/2 '' stock
dose that mean that i can not use it

and must have steel factory decks so can i cut the deck up and put on or dose it have to be hole

The dimension listed is a minimum wheel base so you are fine. The deck may be cut and welded or bolted to the running boards or the chassis.

  thanks man i have a foote 5 speed do not no # i need to know what pully set up
  do i run to get the 8 to 1 sorry for asking  but i have looked just could not find it.

Good starting point is 6 to 4 or 4.5 then fine tune from there.
