Almost forgot that we will have a $ 100.00 Bonus for the Super Stock. Your Mower must meet Ellerbe's Super Stock requirments to Race for this bonus. Please be at the track early enough for us to check your mowers to make sure that you pass Tech.

looks like if i want to race with them boys i need to either downgrade my mower or upgrade my mower. i know i aint taking off my spindles, flywheel, or rear axle. i dont really want to upgrade to twin cylinder after i just built my flathead, so it dont look like i have a class to race in there.

there is one guy running a single in modified, and he has no problem keeping up. the track has really no straightaway anymore, so handling means so much more than motor.

Wow, Mother nature was not good to us. We had a wash out. The lightning was terrible and we would like everyone to know the Jimmy Cobbler was hit by lightning Saturday night at the track. He did finally go to the Hospital and they kept him over night to keep a eye on him. He did get to come home around Lunch time and he called me to let me know he was Ok, and really sore and tired but he would see us in two weeks. We would like Thank  Him and the crowd that comes with him everyweek to support the track. We are all gald that he is Ok and at home.  See you all in 2 weeks to try and get in another Race. Come on down and check us out.

Yea, We heard the weather alert for that area as we were leaving the track. Man that was one nasty storm.
