WILMRA will have it's second run in the sun at Lafayette Co Fairgrounds
Sunday June 29th at 1:00pm So come on out and support USLMRA/WILMRA
racing in Wisconsin.

Darlington WI has a great little Fair Venue with a super prepared and
maintained track. Located in the SW corner of the state it's close to
The Dells so make a weekend of it..

Tow money will be available for all entrants (T/TBD)

Does anybody know the flooding is in Darlinton, WI. for the 2nd wilmra race on june 29 with these bad storms?

Haven't heard a report from the Darlington area directly, but they are in general vicinity of flooding in the Mid west..

If I hear of something, I'll post it here..

Baraboo and the Dells were hard hit, will have to see what else develops with the continued rains tonight and tomorrow...

randy have you heard anything about darlinton. i heard from poeple that they shut down i-94 out of madison going north

Some guys I work with were in Darlington  on Saturday and the whole fairgrounds was under water.

Called down there and talked to officials...

While they have had "some" flooding, they are in good shape, things are drying out well and all is a "GO" for the Fair and Lawn Mower Racing on Sunday the 29th 1:00

Looking forward to seeing you guys down there as well as some Illinois racers and maybe even some Minnesota guys.

WILMRA will be paying tow money "per machine" so the more you bring the better you are..

All good to go for Sundays race..!!

Fair is clear and dry at present, Most of the roads are open in the area..

We'll be offering tow money "per mowchine" so the more you bring to run the better..!!

USLMRA rules apply, but Arma legal class rides will be accepted

Should be a fun track to run

Just found out the Fair has been promoting the race at 1:00 so As that is what the fair is promoting so we should honor their schedule.

FIFIELD FIRE DEPARTMENT RECEIVES DONATION FROM

WISCONSIN LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION

Randy Stys (left), President of the Wisconsin Lawn Mower Racing Association (WILMRA), presents a check for $500 to Fifield Fire Chief Bill Felch at the July 5th races at Fifield Raceway Track.  The WILMRA money will be used to help match a $5,000 matching grant to Friends of the Fifield Firefighters, Inc. recently received from the Plum Creek Foundation to purchase a thermal imaging camera.  The camera can be used by firefighters to see through smoke enabling them to find people in burning buildings. Additional donations to help meet the matching grant requirements are welcomed by the Fifield Fire Department, N13936 State Hwy 13, Fifield, WI 54524.
