Some of that is going to depend on wether they are 2 ply or 4 ply and the width of rims vs. tire sidewall...(stiffness)

But 8-10 in the front with the 12 and 4 George mentioned for the rear would be a "safe" starting place and adjust from there..

I am running 13x6.50x6 turf masters on the stock rims that the 15x6.00x6 tires were on. But I will start there and work on it problem is I don't have a test track just the backyard LOL  Thanks for the info you guys are great !

just a note to say that changing tire size and messing with air pressure has improved the steering on my mowchine 100% Thanks for the info :!:  :!:  :P
