this is my first post so forgive me if i mess up on this.
this is to show what $35 can get you.
this is my (1979-1981?) simplicity 4108. i bought it off this guy who bought it as a project along with a 90's murray. he never worked on this mower but only on the murray. so i had to see if it ran or not myself

i stuck a battery and some gass in it and it fired right up! 8hp briggs engine. this is my 3rd mower project but the first one ive ever had running. so im pretty much a beginner looking to just change the pulleys and keep the mower as a "for fun" mower. But im not the sharpest tool in the shed and i really dont know how to change pulleys on it.
im pretty much just trying to teach myself everything because there is no one in my neck of the woods that hasw a mower just for fun.
so im looking to get a little help off this site.
