? about mower deck

In the super stock class the rules say the mower deck has to be on the mower does it have to be able to move up pr down or just be  mounted stationary?

Stationary is prefered.Secured is a must.
Don't want moving decks out on the track, especially on a bumpy one.

I only use deck pieces welded to the running boards on my Super Stock
That way it is easier to work under the mower
