If He Bought The Steel Hubs Sometimes The Come Painted And Or Are Usally A Tight Fit Probably Just A Few Passes In Side The Hub Or On Axle Ur Choice Well Solve The Problem Unless They Way To Small In Which U Might Have Ordered Or Was Sent Wrong Hubs

ok i know its keyed. but i was wanting to know what size is the the hubs have to be to fit the 1'' axles

I would guess they would be .003 -.005 over the shaft size.

OOPS :oops:

I missed the part about the 820.  I was thinking solid, free axle and maybe getting a 40mm instead of a 1" axle by mistake.
