My wheel Horse
« on: February 24, 2008, 02:54:29 pm »
Hello,
This is great now that the admins have added a tractor pulling section.
I pull with the Piedmont Lawn and Garden Tractor Pullers Association ( http://www.geocities.com/pgtpaonline/ ).

Below are pictures of my 1974 wheel horse~

This tractor will be running the stock class. It's not really stock but the engine can be modified. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Okay the season has started! We started friday night. I did not have a tractor to pull because I am missing an engine and a paint job still.....

Our next pull is-

June 20, at Hinson's Auction, Oakboro. It starts at 7:00 PM. So come out and join us! We have consessions, and mower/tractor dealers there too!

Got some work done today-

went and programed the CNC machine for our steel hubs for my tractor-

Originals

New ones.

Still gotta cut off some of the thickness of the hub and drill the 1 inch axle hole and 5 bolt/lug holes.
Out of a peice of 8 inch long 6 inch round steel I was able to make 3 of these hubs....

Will have more work soon!

Yeah It has its advantages!
The good thing is once I program the part I can save it on a floppy disc of USB Drive So I can make as many as I want....
