Squidd, Man I don't have a clue what to do. I've tried sending a pic that stated it had to be 252 kb and I sent one 245 and was rejected to large. Need your help.

You're up and running!
Had to resize it down to 90 px wide leaving us with 90 x 60.

Brightened it a bit to bring the color out.

And, optimized for file size... 3.19 kb
