Brunson for some reason cant. see pics !!what did carb come of? I think if you get the right size and get set up properly they are hard to beat! ?? is what size should run do not want to big or to small. and then getting right slide and needle. and jetting. the reason I started the post was to see if any one had tryed to do this before ,Goerge might have idea what size should run on your motor. best of luck know it can be done. the snowmobilers switch from to tillys to mikuni not so much for performance just easer when get set up.

Carburetor and amount of flow is generally matched by cam choice, port flow and desired and practical rpm range...

One size does Not Fit All applications..

http://www.heymow.com/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=4432.0;attach=1799  just wandered what size this one is  yes I understand it a very loaded? because of all the things that can effect it. i would say that this is prob as big as one would want to go(only work on fully mod motor) and I am shure what works on flat might not work on ohv.

not sure what it came off of found it laying around in a bunch of junk and figured I'd keep it to use on this engine since i didn't have a carb yet.

I have a few like that that came off of a 3 or 4 wheeler and maybe a small bike.

Got computer to show your pics Brunson. how does inside the float bowl of the carb look? the slide looks like had dirt run thrue it or something ,lots of scratchs. did it scratch the slide bore too. does look to big by pics but hard to tell.
can you take more pics from all sides to see what kind of mount it has

I think venturi size is related to cam, valve and porting choices and determined by desired rpm range...

Anything less than thinking it thru... is a guess... and that's all it's worth...

looks like it might have come of yamaha dirt enduro mid 70s by inrichment lever.  like squidd said dont know what you got for shure and so many things to consider, might work but prob not.in present form. best in long run to talk to George or Don and have then set you up with carb for your motor and were its at build wise. Im shure if its not to big there is people that could help you set it up .but unless you have the right slide needle combo could end up costing more than a carb else ware! like I said started post to see if anyone had already done anything with these carbs before. must be g team tilly is top secret!!!
