i have a mowetr that has the same tranny as my old one and i went thru 2 1/2 transmissions in it so is thier any one that knows of a stronger tranny to use

well idk about the trany but the mower is a amf 826 syncro balenced and the old one was a dynamark somthin or other

Can you give us a hint...??

3 speed...5 speed..."H" pattern, straight line...??

Square box trans ??..."rounded" trans and axle housings...?

How about reading a name or tag off it...

If all else fails...post a pic... :lol:

Sounds like a Peerless 600..??

Generally thought of as a fairly "strong" trans axel...

What's breaking or giving out on you..?

What are you running it on...motor/gearing, etc...??

i dont remember what broke my dad did most of the fixin on it but i remeber in any gear it would like go the stop it was factory gears with around 30'' tires and a 14 hp briggs

well yea lol i had car tires on cragar ss rims it made it go little faster but it looked pretty cool i thought

so if i leave the factory tires on would it be very hard to tear it up
