Send it to Don at G-Team or George at EC to get it modified, balanced and set up properly...

To get more fuel you need more air!!! Carb mods are best left to those that know what they are doing. Now if you have nothing but time and lots of carbs to play with start experimenting.

What all does E.C. do to carbs? Bore and re-jet? Anything else?

Walbro is a Walbro is a Walbro.
There is no difference that I seen.
If you change just the cam of the motor you have changed the breathing of the motor thus you need a Modified carb too. The two go hand in hand.
Other parts around them need to change too but those two things work together.

I'm running a newer style Walbro carb off of a 16.5 HP OHV engine on my 12 HP Flathead with no problems. Engine runs pretty good, have increased compression and cams mods as well as lightened flywheel. No mods have been done to carb and it seems to be a pretty good setup

No mods have been done to carb and it seems to be a pretty good setup  --  Just think of how much power you could have with some carb work. To me its like you are doing all these other mods to only choke the power off at the carb and NOT get the full benefit of your mods. I guess it is like running a governor on it.      Just my thought :woo:
