finely got some time to build
« on: May 11, 2007, 09:52:53 pm »
I finely got some time to start a build.  To start nothing special about a mower tear down.
and the under side
and battle scares from the trip home with the mower.  (Word to the wise shout the tale gate on your truck and the mower will stay in the bed.)  This required some body and frame work and build time.

oh i did not know that thanks for the tip i will build another plate to cover the slot to support it.  The slot is so i can remove and install the tranny (tight fit).  Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for the pic 2 it is a big help

About the bent frame.....  Well i left the tail gate open after i put air in the tires so i could unload it easer.  Then i took off down the road.  It took a nose dive when it came out.

axel
axel end
axel and spendels in tires on
allowing me 2 adjust the wheel tilt.  This will help lean the tires back to help with stearing.  A local mower head racer said it helps
home made rear spendels
and a bad tire
and the front higth.  The axel is in the frame.
rear higth 10 1/2
now the whole frame on rubber
and a closer pic.  let me know what im dowing wrong and or right and what u mower heads thank.

Question.
Is this a USLMRA (or LC there of) build?
If so I'm not sure those tires ("Field Track") are legal, they look to be too aggressive.
