Dose any one hve info on strenthning frames. Like wre to put cros members , what to make them out of, and how to mount them.

That's kind of an open question without knowing the frame type and model as well as intended purpose...

If it's a racing mowchine, many organizations have rules on what's allowable and not in specific classes....on a backyard basher your pretty much open to what ever you want...
