Well don't tell him about putting a pipe nipple in it. It won't help at all.

Exactly what does this do to help?  I mean I thought bigger was always better, but by putting the pipe nipple in that makes the exhaust smaller.

Well I didn't say to use one BUT since we are on the subject how big is the exhaust valve!!! Ever measure it. The I.D. of the seat. Now measure the inside of the port where the threads are. Now think of this, for flow perfection you want as straight and smooth a line from start to finish as possible. Now you figure it out.

I got another question does JB weld work in the intake port or does it tend to tome loose and get sucked in to the engine.

Never used it But there is a epoxy made just for that. Check with you local performance head or speed shop.

I have changed so much on your motor I don't remember what I have done. last I remember was building it in a the pits last minute in the rain on the back of Denis trailer. I hear it runs good so don't let no secrets out and keep the oil changed and don't blow it up!!! :twisted:
