Piston facing rear pros n cons

What are the pros n cons of the head towards the back? If i turn the engine around i would have more room for the starring going over the top and then put the battery up front.

Will work just fine. Lots of people put out side or face back

You will,be much better off with engine facing forward,assuming you have a vertical engine  you will flood the#2 cylinder with oil and over time you will have issues
