Looking for recommendations for safe rpm limits for my build 38ci vanguard, billet rods, billet cam, billet flywheel,billet push rods,je pistons, shaved heads ported and o-rined thin copper head gasket,double valve springs with shims,big bore 2barrell carb,thanks for opinions

I like to be a little conservative and I only like to turn my some where around 7500.  It really depends on valve springs.  You probably can get it in the low 8k range but why.  It is already maxed out on power and it's just a lot of stress.  I have a billet motor  like yours that has been doing this for over 8 years
