What is the best way while still using stock transaxle? Can I flip it upside down? What challenges would I run into flipping it?

Yes you can flip it, just have to make sure if you’re using a belt that all your pullies line up and the belt runs true, that’s how my team and I run ours, and if I may suggest buying or building a pinch style clutch setup
