Quick Carb Q
«
on:

I have an old one piece flo-jet with the intake on top and welch (welsh?) plug in the back. Is there any reason I can't plug the top and open the back for straighter air flow?
Thanks

It will work.
As long as the class your running allows the modification. And you will need to figure out a way to get an air filter on there.

OK, thanks! It's for local drags, pretty much regs require it be a mower chassis and engine. Bout it. Classes are determined my ET, although we're not allowed to go over 50, won't be an issue for me. Thanks again!
