3 or 4 bolt rear hubs
« on: September 15, 2017, 10:34:20 am »
I have noticed most racers run 3 bolt hubs on the front and 4 bolt hubs on the rear. I've also seen 3 bolt hubs on all 4 wheels. I know that obviously the 4 bolt wheels should handle more power but are there other advantages to running different bolt patterns that I am missing?

3 bolt hubs are typically used on 6" wheels, whereas 4 bolt hubs are normally found on 8" wheels.
