Kohler CV490S build help
« on: August 24, 2017, 11:33:30 am »
Hey guys.  I'm looking for some advice and maybe some part numbers for a kohler cv490s motor to make it run better.  What can be done to this motor and what parts should I get for it.  I'm already guessing flywheel and rod but after that I'm lost.

thank you in advance for the help

Not much out there for Kohler's. Zach Kerber is the only one I've really heard of. I know he builds a mean twin but I'm not sure what he offers for singles.

Yeah I came over here to post real quick to see.  Going to sell the only looked I have and build one of those 31 Briggs up and I have three of those motors laying around right now.  Going to see what cyclone says after he talks to Zach
