16hp vtwin vanguard head work

I am sure there a thread on here somewhere if you could point me to in right direction please or tell how much can you do to 30ci heads please i am wanting to turn about 9000rpm i have got a cam flywheel longer rods and flat top pistons double  valve springs and retainers is the bigger valves you can put in this heads?

You can put intake valves from a 23hp motor, just have to get the valve seat machined to fit it. No new seat needed. They aren't much bigger but it's something.

Are you wanting to put 30ci heads on a 30ci engine? Dont waste your time, you may turn 9000 rpm with 30ci heads but you wont be making power. Build 38ci heads with the far superior port design. For a 30ci 33-27.5 valves and a nice port job will do very well but for bigger engines and more hp we have 1.450-1.200 valve heads with a lot of port work will make a ton of hp and put an engine at a national level.
