E.c valve springs and velocity stack

Will performance valve springs benifit my engine and if so what would b the benifit.and what does a velocity stack do and is it worth it

The better springs will prevent valve float at higher rpm's. The velocity stack allows you to use a k&n type filter and helps air flow a little bit.

Cool beans, would model 31 springs fit a model 21.im pretty sure e.c carbs is sayin there the same but not too sure .u click on model 21 parts category amd it brings up some model 28 stuff and model 31 springs and v stack?
