If you don't want to spend any money leave it stock.

Building more power will require purchasing parts.  The first thing you need is a billet flywheel.

A free flowing air filter (but cost $$$), a small timing advancement with a timing advance keyway (but cost $$$), custom built exhaust, but to do it right, you must research how to do it to make power (but yet again, cost $$$)....use a thinner oil perhaps? Use 100 octane race fuel ($$$)....use a thinner head gasket to bump up compression a bit ($$$)....

Not really much can be done to make more power without spending any sort of money. Leave it stock and work on getting the chassis right.

Thanks for the input! Those are the kinda things i was looking for! I should have worded my first post better, when i said with out spending money i was refuring to not buying any internal up grades like crank pistons flywhell etc...! And no i wouldnt call it cheating lol just increasing the hp with out having to get a bigger motor,

Correct. I use 10-30 full synthetic in my race motors.

Mill the head, disconnect governor (aluminum flywheel needed), advance timing, gas port the piston, polish the crank to remove windage, olish the rod, stiffen valve springs, ......... there are a few shade tree tricks
