 can i just run a belt to a ragb and a chain to the rear axle with no tranny in between?  And use the factory clutch?

What is your factory clutch? Assuming a pinch type.

You can use a factory belt pinch type clutch or a centrifugal clutch with a chain to your RAGB.

thanks for the help man. i might try this with the pinch clutch and if that wont work ill try the cent clutch
