murray jackshaft pulley
« on: April 06, 2016, 08:58:05 pm »
Question fellas......Im using a Murray jackshaft. 5/8 shaft, both ends splined. one end is a fine spline, the other end is isn't. Been hunting ebay, Im looking for matching size pulleys to fit a 1/2" belt. Any leads on who sells the pulleys Im looking for? Thank you!

I would just get a 5/8 keyed shaft and you would have a lot more options on pulleys.

Yep, available on McMaster-Carr website http://www.mcmaster.com

a 12" length should do the trick. BE AWARE OF KEYWAY WIDTH, as they are (or used to be) available in 3/16" and 1/4" widths.
