I know this isn't the answer you are looking for but Rocket Ron is the only person I know of that makes these spacers. I hope this helps you out

you can use 3-4 gasket glued together to get the clearance you need if you cant get them...

 Ryker use to make them but i dont think he sell parts anymore

or take a gasket to a welding shop with a cnc plasma cutter or laser they could make them for you
